Four Pillarz always keeps personal information like your name, address, email address, or phone number private and for process and delivery purposes only. Four Pillarz does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders should arrive within 2 – 14 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Four Pillarz is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Four Pillarz has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that Four Pillarz shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Four Pillarz will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

IMPORT TAX

When ordering goods from Four Pillarz for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Four Pillarz is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and  Four Pillarz predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases made through the Four Pillarz online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled through secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited. Complete the order form true and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Customers can return item(s) within 7 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). After recieving the product(s), we will exchange the item(s) and send it to you without any extra charges or refund the money for the returned item(s). Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be in unused as new condition, if the product packaging is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.

In case of an error from our end and a return is necessary, returns should be sent using the post, not express shipping. In case of returning items back to us from countries outside of the EU, please describe a lowered commercial value on the invoice as extra costs from taxes will be charged back to the customer.

Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of €5,00.

AVAILABILITY

We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. fourpillarz.com will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.

How long we keep your data?
When you leave a response, that response and the metadata of that response will be saved forever. In this way, we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up responses instead of moderating them.
